Can I View Events Online?

What Happens If the Event is Cancelled?

If an event is cancelled outright by the organising group the patron will be reimbursed in full.  Where an event is postponed patrons will be given the opportunity to defer or receive a full refund minus booking fee.

We will be livestreaming the some of our events.  Go to Ticketsource to purchase passes.

Can I Buy Tickets at the Venue?

Where there is capacity tickets will be available on the door. Please check via this very website or Ticketsource to check availability. 

Accessibility

Accessibility: We want all our events to be accessible to everyone. Where possible, we have ensured wheelchair access and disabled parking. Please get in touch with any particular accessibility needs and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Tickets will go on sale approx. from the 29th July 2025 and will be available to book via our website: www.stduthacbookfest.com Or via TicketSource: www.ticketsource.co.uk/st-duthac book-arts-festival. 

Alternatively you can telephone Ticketsource on 0333 666 3366 (Mon-Fri 9am 7pm, Sat 9am-5pm). Where there is availability tickets can be purchased via the pop-up bookshop or at the event during the festival run.  Please avoid disappointment and book in advance. 

What are the current Scottish government Covid guidelines?

As at 8th May 2023 there are no covid rules or restrictions in Scotland.

There are things you can do to stay well and protect others, like:

  • staying at home if you have symptoms

  • wearing a face covering

  • washing your hands regularly

  • meeting in well-ventilated spaces

  • supporting Distance Aware, for anyone who prefers others to take extra care around them.

Photography and Filming: There will be photography and/or filming at all our events. Photographs taken at our events might be used on social media and on our website.

Where Can I buy Tickets?

Thank you also to all the businesses who have donated a raffle prize or placed an advert in our brochure, your continued support is much appreciated. Thank you to Councillors, sponsors, contributors, collaborators, local businesses, schools, venues and individuals who support the Festival in all sorts of ways. Finally, to all the volunteers who turn up, stand at stalls, staff the Pop-Up Bookshop, bake, sit on the committee, sell raffle tickets and do a hundred other things, a huge thank you, this Festival would not exist without you!
