Escape from everyday life and browse in our Pop-Up Bookshop in the Clan Ross Room at the Royal Hotel, Tain. As well as our huge collection of pre-loved books, we will once again have a collection of new books including a selection of childrens books from Red rabbit Rises Publishing, a children's corner and gallery of art.  Our team of volunteers are looking forward to meeting you. 

We are delighted when authors contact us to be involved with the festival.  This year we welcome Flora Fraser, author of Pretty Young Rebel and local authors Beth Jordan and Veryan Cooper to the pop-up bookshop.  We will be adding more to the authors page in the coming weeks.

Did you know that at each of our evening live author events the audience is entertained with live music?  This year is no exception.  We will be welcoming local musicians to delight audiences with their artistry.
