Putting Easter Ross on the Map.

One of the aims of the The St Duthac Book and Arts Festival is to shine a light on the Easter Ross Peninsula, it's heritage and facilities. We are delighted to partner once again with Tain Golf Course which is a venue for live authors events again this year.

Tain Golf Course overlooks the Dornoch Firth and arguably offers one of the best settings imaginable in the Highlands for a round of golf with the sea on one side and the backdrop of the mountains behind. Designed by Old Tom Morris in 1890 Tain Golf Course is fondly referred to as Old Tom Morris’ Northern Jewel.

The Clubhouse enjoys the most amazing views over the golf course and the final green. Once again, the St Duthac Book and Arts Festival has been given the privilege of using Tain Golf Clubhouse as a venue for two of our authors. Come along and listen to our amazing speakers and enjoy the views. Remember to book your tickets. Big thanks to the management of the golfclub!

Window Art

We love the window art designed and applied by local volunteer Clair Wallace. A beautiful addition to Tain High Street.
