St Duthus Bowling Clubhouse

Coral Allan

During the St Duthac Book and Arts Festival we partner with a variety of venues across the peninsula. The aptly named St Duthus Bowling Club is light and spacious with perfect views of the green and has been one of our venues from the very beginning of the festival.

Take a stroll down passed North Coast Glass in Chapel Street and follow the road round to your left and you will find the St Duthus Bowling Clubhouse. With plenty of parking space and a bright and spacious clubhouse with modern facilities we were thrilled to be able to offer this venue to three of our very well-known authors. Keep an eye out for who is going to be speaking here, an amazing line-up!

A huge thank you goes to all our funders: and supporters of the St Duthac Book and Arts Festival.   In 2024 we were supported by the Scottish Book Trust: Birlinn Ltd: Beinn Tharsuinn Windfarm Community Fund (accessed through Edderton Community Council and Kilmuir and Logie Easter Community Council): Balnagown Estate: Port of Cromarty Firth: Global Energy Group: Glenmorangie Distillery, The Royal Hotel, CCAST and Tain YMCA, Thank you to TDDT for their continued support and to DUFI ART, Tain, for beautiful brochures, banners and posters. Thanks also to all businesses who have placed an advert in the Festival brochure; your support is much appreciated. Finally, to all the volunteers, sponsors, contributors, venues, local businesses, schools, councillors and individuals who support us in all sorts of ways, thank you, we really could not do it without you.
