Everything Is Rosy

The Rose Garden on Lamington Street, Tain is the location of a fantastic family friendly free event (weather permitting) during the 2023 St Duthac Book and Arts Festival alongside the Tain Community Market, which takes place on the 16th September 2023. The Rose Garden was officially opened by Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother, in 1966 to commemorate the creation of Tain as a Royal Burgh in 1066.

The public garden is situated in the centre of the town, formerly the grounds of the Commercial Bank and is looked after wonderfully by a local community group Tain Task Force.

Window Art

We love the window art designed and applied by local volunteer Clair Wallace. A beautiful addition to Tain High Street.
